BEAR CREEK — Authorities have arrested a 43-year-old man in connection with the armed robbery Oct. 17 of the Premier Community Bank in the Village of Bear Creek in western Outagamie County.
According to a news release, Martin M. Muniz-Lara was identified as the suspect residing in the Greenville and Oshkosh areas.
On October 22, 2025, the Outagamie Sheriff’s Office collaborated with the Oshkosh Police Department and safely took Muniz-Lara into custody without incident in the 2300 block of Jackson St. in Oshkosh.
After the arrest of Muniz-Lara, three separate search warrants were conducted.
Two search warrants were conducted by the Oshkosh Police Department’s SWAT Team, Patrol Division and Criminal Investigation Division, one in the 200 block of East Fernau Ave. and a second in the 400 block of West South Park Ave in Oshkosh.
A third search warrant was conducted by the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team in the N1600 Block of North Rd in the Village of Greenville.
As a result of the search warrants, a 38-year-old man from Oshkosh was arrested by the Oshkosh Police Department and taken to the Winnebago County Jail for Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine (15 – 40 grams), Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A 24 year old female from Oshkosh was arrested by the Oshkosh Police Department and taken to the Winnebago County Jail for Possession of Cocaine.
The armed robbery investigation is ongoing and Muniz-Lara is currently being held in the Outagamie County Jail.
