DARBOY — Saturday evening was an awesome night in Darboy. A winning $2 million Powerball ticket was sold at Festival Foods on W3195 Van Roy Rd. for last Saturday’s drawing.
The store is just off College Avenue, east of Highway 441 near Darboy. The winning ticket matched five numbers (1-28-34-50-58), but not the Powerball (8).
Saturday’s winning Powerball play included the $1 Power Play feature, turning a $1 million prize into a $2,000,000 winbecause of the 2X multiplier.
In 2025, there have been two $1 million Powerball prizes won in Wisconsin so far. Coincidentally, both winning tickets were sold at Festival Foods locations.
In the United States, only two Powerball tickets matched five numbers for the Saturday drawing. One in Wisconsin and one in Louisiana.
The estimated Powerball jackpot for tonight’s drawing is $203 million. The Powerball jackpot was last won on May 31, when a California player hit the $204.5 million jackpot.
Wisconsin Lottery retailers who sell winning tickets over $599 receive a two percent Retailer Performance Program Winning Ticket Incentive, up to $100,000.
Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their winnings. Information on how to claim a prize is on wilottery.com. Players can also check to see if their ticket is a winner by using the Lottery mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.
