KAUKAUNA — Dylan Hacker of Kaukauna is this year’s winner in the annual Wisconsin Elks US Constitution Contest, earning him a $3,500 scholarship.

Kaukauna Elks #962 announced on social media that our lodge’s representative in the has places first the past four years.

Each yar, the Wisconsin Elks Association sponsors a U.S Constitution Cones to award scholarship to high school seniors who score highly on test pertaining to the U.S. Constitution.

Each of the 29 Wisconsin Elks Lodges host a local qualifying test in February, which is open to any high school senior.

The winner of the local test goes on to take the statewide test in March with scholarships being awarded to the top scorers on the test.
