KAUKAUNA — What to do with the Kaukauna orchestra program’s unplayable and unfixable instruments?
Kaukauna artist Scott Felten of Benches & More, Creations by Scott Felten has ideas – like turning a cell into a table and clock. Or a standup base into a fantastic bookcase.
These pieces plus several others will be auctioned off at the first-ever Kaukauna Orchestra Alumni Concert the evening of Jan. 8, 2023.
The proceeds help continue the success of the Kaukauna Orchestra program while the concert connects its past with its present, according to a news release.
Alumni of the Kaukauna Orchestra are invited to join more than two dozen fellow alums already signed up to perform.
Relive old times and play music with with the orchestra again – sheet music is available now and pre-concert rehearsals are being scheduled.

The concert is in the Bernie Hupperts Center for the Arts at Kaukauna High School on Monday, Jan. 8, 2023 at 6:30 pm. Everyone – alum or not – is invited to enjoy the auction and the music.
