KAUKAUNA — The popular Mad Chicken restaurant is coming to Kaukauna.
The sign recently went up at 136 E 2nd St. In Kaukauna’s southside business district.
Mayor Tony Penterman posted the news Tuesday.
Mad Chicken is a fast-casual restaurant chain that originated here in the Fox Vallet. It was founded in 2017, starting as a food court concept in the Fox River Mall before expanding rapidly across the state and into other parts of the country.
The brand markets itself as a higher-quality alternative to traditional fast food, emphasizing “real food” that is never frozen, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free.
Their menu centers on hand-breaded chicken tenders and wings, but they are particularly known for their “Mad Bowls” and signature sandwiches.
An opening date has not been announced.
