KAUKAUNA– In-person, absentee voting in the city of Kaukauna runs from Tuesday, March 24 – Friday, April 3, 2026 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (M-F). More information, including registering to vote polling locations and absentee voting, can be found HERE. Absentee ballots must arrive at the clerk’s office no later than election day.

The in-person spring election is Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

LOCAL CANDIDATES, SPRING 2026

Mayor: Incumbent Tony Penterman and Dan Schafer both will be on the ballot, however Schafer announced March 16 he was no longer running.

Incumbent City Attorney Tim Greenwood and Incumbent Municipal Judge Tim Hufschmid are running unopposed.

Alders: Alderperson District 1 Jennie Eggleston, Alderperson District 2 John Moore, Alderperson District 3 Mary Jo Kilgas and Alderperson District 4 Marty Schumacher all are running unopposed.

Kaukauna Area School District Board of Education: Incumbent Charles West and Annika Schuller-Rach are running for two seats on the Kaukauna Area School District Board of Education. 

County board: District 10 Christine M. Lamers, John Salm

State Supreme Court: Chris Taylor, Maria S. Lazar

Circuit Court Judge: uncontested
