The event, which celebrates Seymour’s heritage as the home of the hamburger, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026.

According to a news release, the festival will feature a new harvest-themed focus, including an expanded farmers market and seasonal activities such as pumpkin displays and apple bobbing.

The updated schedule also aims to highlight local businesses and regional craft breweries, with event organizers emphasizing a commitment to increasing community participation.
