KAUKAUNA — Kaukauna Clinic is welcoming its newest provider, Dr. Stacy Mohr, who will begin work at the clinic beginning Feb. 2, 2026.
A Kaukauna native, Dr. Mohr found her calling in family medicine—a perfect match for her passion to journey with patients through every age and life stage.

When she hangs up her stethoscope, you’ll find Mohr cheering at her sons’ sporting events, tackling puzzles that challenge her mind, or unwinding with a good film alongside family and friends.
Mohr is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine
She most recently practiced as a physician.at Bellin Health in Green Bay.
