APPLETON — The Appleton Police Department is working on identifying the person seen on video connected to several vehicle thefts during the early morning hours of Christmas Day.
The thefts took place in the 1300 block of East Fremont Street.
According to a news release, Officer Alex Vang is leading the investigation into the thefts. Authorities are asking neighbors and community members to review security camera footage or images from the area recorded during the timeframe of the crimes.
The department is encouraging the public to share the request for information with friends, family, and coworkers to help identify the person shown in the footage. Individuals with information related to the investigation or the identity of the person in the video are asked to contact the Appleton Police Department at 920-832-5500.
