KAUJAUNA — The Kaukauna Fire Department has once again been awarded the American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline EMS Gold Achievement Award, according to a social media post.
This national recognition recognizes the department’s exceptional commitment to enhancing cardiac patient care and ensuring prompt, evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing heart attacks and other cardiovascular emergencies.
“Every second matters, and the dedication of our firefighter-paramedics, Kaukauna police officers, dispatch partners and hospital colleagues are helping to save lives right here in Kaukauna,” read the announcement.
