KAUKAUNA — A Kaukauna woman pleaded no contest Thursday in Outagamie County Circuit Court to multiple felony counts, including burglary and criminal damage to property.

Kendall Stobel-Nieft, 41, will be sentenced Sept. 25, according to online court records.

According to a news release, investigators from the Kaukauna Police Department on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024 arrested the Kaukauna woman who was then confined at the Outagamie County Jail.

Online court records show Strobel-Nieft pleaded no contest to two counts of burglary to a building or dwelling and two counts of criminal damage to property, over $2,500. Six other counts were dismissed, but will be read in during sentencing.

Investigators say the woman entered newly constructed homes without permission, turned on various water fixtures and caused extensive water damage in the homes.

Investigators believe the suspect entered numerous other newly constructed homes to attempt to damage them in a similar manner.

In total, the damages are in excess of $244,000
