Wrightstown Hosts Pet-Themed National Night Out on August 5, 2025, at Walt Maki Field
“Paws & Protect” – An Evening of Community, Safety, and Furry Friends
WRIGHTSTOWN – The Wrightstown Police Department will host its annual National Night Out celebration on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Walt Maki Field at Wrightstown Elementary School.
This year’s theme, “Paws & Protect,” makes the night especially pet-friendly—offering fun for the whole family, including your four-legged friends!
National Night Out is a nationwide initiative that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. Wrightstown’s celebration highlights the importance of animal welfare and pet safety, while bringing residents together with first responders for a memorable summer evening.

“We’re proud to host this year’s National Night Out with a unique theme that celebrates both public safety and pet safety,” said Officer Alberts of the Wrightstown Police Department. “It’s a great way to connect with our residents, support local rescues, and have fun together as a community.”
