KAUKAUNA — A college student working at Sweetberry’s Family Restaurant in Kaukauna was stunned after receiving an unexpectedly large tip.
According to a social media post, the server received a $500 tip Tuesday, overwhelming everyone with the generosity.
The gift is going straight into her college fund, helping her get one step closer to her dreams, according to the restaurant.
Most of the staff are high school and college students working hard to build a better future — and moments like this mean the world to them.
“To the guests who made her feel so special today — thank you!!!” read the post.
The post did not identify the patrons or say if the server knew them.
