GREEN BAY — The Green Bay Police Department is searching for a carjacking suspect they believe stole a Prevea Health shuttle van Tuesday morning from HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center.
This person is believed to be Jerilyn Soto, 46, of Keshena, police say.
According to a news release, oficers were called on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, around 7:40 a.m. to 1726 Shawano Avenue for a Prevea Health employee who tells police that while he was working, he was approached by a woman with a large knife who ordered him to exit the vehicle.
The van is a 2022 dark gray Chrysler Pacifica with Wisconsin license plate #35729AFT. It also has a white triangular topper with “Prevea Health Patient Shuttle” and the phone number of 615-0985.
Soto is believed to have driven the van outside of the Green Bay area.
Police are currently working with surrounding law enforcement agencies to locate her and vehicle.
At this time, no injuries have been reported; however, Soto is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees the van is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately and not approach her.
This remains an active investigation. No further information is planned for release at this time.
