KAUKAUNA — A teacher at St. Ignatius’ Chesterton Academy in Kaukauna was arrested Wednesday, according to the Appleton Police Department.

The case originated from an online tip received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to a news release from the Appleton Police Department.

Through the course of the investigation, Collin Killoren, a resident of Appleton, was identified as a suspect.

It was later determined that Killoren was employed as a teacher at St. Ignatius Catholic School in Kaukauna.

At this time, there is no evidence to suggest that any children were harmed at the school, according to police.

Killoren possibly faces 10 counts of possession of child pornography as part of an ongoing investigation, police said, although formal charges have yet to be filed in court.

The school said the teacher’s personal devices have been confiscated, according to multiple media reports.
