KAUKAUNA — Brianna Craanen has joined the Kaukauna Fire Department for the next few months as its newest intern.
Craanen graduated early from Appleton West High School and enrolled in the Associate’s Degree program for Fire Protection at Fox Valley Technical College.
She then obtained her EMT-Basic degree and intends to work towards her Paramedic degree.
Craanen has been hired on by the Fox Crossing Fire Department when she completes her degree and will no doubt be a big assest to the surrounding area, according to a news release from Kaukauna Professional Firefighters Local 1594.
She has been assigned to B-Shift and already been working for a few weeks here.
“We are happy to have Bri help us in the city for the next few months,” read the news release.
