JANESVILLE — The Janesville Police Department is looking for assistance from the community in identifying the owner of a loose dog that bit a person Wednesday in Janesville.
The incident occurred Wednesday aboout noon in the 2300 block of Harvard Drive, according to a news release.
The dog is described as 15-20lb, short hair, white in color, possible male mixed breed. The dog had no collar but appeared clean and well-groomed indicating it may have escaped from its yard or residence. The dog ran off and was not able to be located.
