Update: Outagamie County 911 received an automated message from ATT Thursday morning that some services have been restored to select areas but it is not fully operational yet.
OUTAGAMIE AND BROWN COUNTY — ATT is currently experiencing national outages.
If you have ATT you will not be able to place calls to the Brown or Outagamie County Dispatch non-emergency lines or 911.
If you need assistance please call from a provider other than ATT.
For example, using a device on your home wifi, use Messenger or Instagram to contact a family member or friend who doesn’t have an ATT phone and have them call 911.
