KIMBERLY — Kimberly will host the 2024 American Legion Baseball 17U state tournament next summer following a successful bid by Tom Carney, a member of William Verhagen American Legion Post 60.
The tournament will be held July 26-30, 2024 at Sunset Park, according to a news release from Post 60.

Post 60 members at their Sept. 21 meeting voted to support the tournament and commit manpower for concessions and tournament volunteers, and to allocate a portion of fundraising proceeds to Tournament expenses.
The next Post 60 fundraiser will be during Octoberfest on Sept. 30 with the sale of Domino’s Pizza slices in the 200 block of W. College Ave Appleton near Cleo’s.
