FINAL: Kaukauna football drops first game of the season to Fond du Lac

FINAL: Kaukauna football fell victim to Fond du Lac’s big-play offense Friday night, with the Ghosts dropping their first game of the season 34-24. The Ghosts return home next week against Oshkosh West.

FOND DU LAC — The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts football team takes its four-game winning streak on the road Friday at 7 p.m. with a Fox Valley Association conference game at Fond du Lac.

Kaukauna moves to 4-0, 2-0 with a 16-9 win last week over Neenah. The Ghosts defense dominated the game, holding off a second half rally by Neenah.

Fond du Lac remains winless on the season after falling last week to Kimberly 22-21.

The Ghosts are tied at the top of the conference with Appleton North, with the two teams facing off in two weeks in Appleton.
