KAUKAUNA — What’s the best way to celebrate a milestone like breaking a school scoring record?

How about breaking the record again a few days later.

That’s just what the Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts girls golf team did yesterday.

The girls broke the 18 hole school team record Monday that they had set just this past Saturday by shooting a 326 to win the Sheboygan Invite at Town and Country Golf Club.

Charlie Clinefelter lead the way with a 78 and took third overall, McKenna Lowe shot 79 finishing fourth overall, Norah Berken shot 82 and took sixthth overall, and Kennedy Kolosso shot 87 and took twelfth overall.

On Saturday, the Ghosts shot 331, then a school record, and won the Fondy Invite.

Norah Berken took first overall and shot the 18 hole school record by an individual with a 73. Other varsity scores were McKenna Lowe 83, Charlie Clinefelter 86 and Grace Schomin 89.

The golfers are back in action today at Oshkosh North.
