KAUKAUNA — Police say one person is in custody following a domestic incident Tuesday in Kaukauna.

Kaukauna officers responded to the 400 block of Fox Shores Dr. about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday for a follow-up to a possible domestic incident.

When they arrived, officers say the suspect refused to leave the residence and made threatening comments.

After several hours of communication between officers and the suspect, the suspect came out of the residence and was taken into custody without incident.

“We would like to thank the residents of this area for their patience and understanding while we worked through this situation,” read the news release.

The scene was clear by a about 4 p.m.
