KAUKAUNA — Fox Valley Meal Prep is set to open a second storefront location, this one on 2nd Street in downtown Kaukauna.

They are taking over the storefront at 145 E. 2nd Street that was most recently was home to Sticky Fingers Cafe and Bakery.

Sticky Fingers closed down their retail operation in June to focus on their baking and catering business.

Fox Valley Meal Prep’s other storefront is located at 12 E. Main St. Little Chute next door to Seth’s Coffee.

Little Chute will continue to also feature cereal shakes plus mac & cheese as a hot option whereas Kaukauna will feature smoothie bowls and a breakfast menu, according to the owners.

They expect to be open sometime in August.

Entrepreneurs Destiny Antuna and her brother-in-law, Ben Long, opened Fox Valley Meal Prep with the idea of bringing fresh prepped meals to the Fox Valley.

They say their goal is to provide a healthier food option to the Valley and to lower obesity and provide everyone, especially seniors, with a fresh versus frozen meal option that can be delivered to their door.

(HOW TO ORDER)

Customers can order from a wide-ranging menu and all they need to do is heat their meals up.

Orders are placed once a week and made fresh the day of pick up or delivery.

Antuna, a Kimberly High School graduate, and her husband, James Long, also own Bad Batch CrossFit, a new group fitness gym near the Kaukauna dog park that opened this month.

Ben previously owned a restaurant in Alaska and has worked in the service industry 20/+ years.
