KAUKAUNA — The Galloping Ghosts girls’ basketball team faces a familiar opponent Thursday in its WIAA sectional semifinal game.

Kimberly upset #2 Homestead 54-43 in its regional final to advance to Thursday’s game.
The Ghosts split the season with Kimberly, winning 59-31 on Dec. 22 at Kimberly, but losing 62-50 Feb. 9 at home.

Kaukauna defeated Menomonie Falls 68-60 Saturday to claim the Regional title.
The 2023 State Girls Basketball Tournament will be held Thursday-Saturday, March 9-11, 2023 at the Resch Center, Green Bay, Wis.

The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts boys’ basketball team, a 6-seed, will host its opening round game Friday, March 3 against 11-seed Manitowoc Lincoln.
