KAUKAUNA — The Kaukauna Ghosts’ wrestling team won its sectional Tuesday and is on its way back to the WIAA Division 1 state tournament in Madison.

The Ghosts will be going for its third state title in a row, after qualifying for the 21st time in school history.

They have won a total of six state championships, including four straight from 2014-17.

The individual sectional is this coming Saturday at Oshkosh North, with Greyson Clark aiming for his fourth straight individual wrestling title.

The WIAA State Individual Wrestling Tournament is Thursday-Saturday, Feb. 23-25, 2023 at the Kohl Center, UW-Madison.

In the sectional title match Saturday at Slinger High School, the Ghosts defeated Hortonville 70-11.
