OUTAGAMIE COUNTY — A tow ban has been issued for all of Interstate 41 and Wisconsin 441 in Outagamie County effective immediately.

This ban is expected to be in place until AT LEAST Saturday morning.  The length of the ban will depend on road conditions.

Any vehicle that is not an immediate hazard will not be towed from the highway until conditions improve and the ban is lifted.

Outagamie County Patrol Lieutenants monitor weather and road conditions, if conditions become too unsafe to remove vehicles that are not in the lane of traffic, they will put a Tow Ban in effect.

When conditions improve they will lift the ban and towing operations can resume.

Outagamie County is forecasted to get significant snowfall, winds and drifting in the coming days.

Please travel smart, safe and understand if conditions are unsafe, tow ban or not, your vehicle will remain on the roadside until it is safe to remove.
