APPLETON — The Historic Zuelke Building will begin leasing 66 apartments, with newly renovated spaces for retail and office space becoming available in March.
NAI Pfefferle, the property manager, made the announcement Thursday on social media.

Apartment rents range from a second floor, one-bedroom at $1,175 per month to a 12th floor, two bedroom at $1,950 beginning March 1, 2023.
The city of Appleton has committed about $1.8 million to the project over 15 years to incentivize the redevelopment of the historic Zuelke Building as a residential and retail complex, according to the Appleton Post-Crescent.
