UPDATE — Kaukauna gets the holiday season in full swing Tuesday with the the annual 2022 Kaukauna Christmas parade.

The City of Kaukauna’s 33rd Electric City Christmas Parade takes place Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2022, beginning at 6 p.m.

The route:

  • Begins on Wisconsin and Depot on Kaukauna’s north side
  • South on Lawe Street, over the bridge past River View Middle School
  • West on Third Street to Reaume Avenue.

The final two blocks of the parade, from Hwy 55 to Reaume Ave on 3rd Street, will be designated as A Sensory Sensitive Area. There are some parade goers that are sensitive to loud noises such as sirens, horns and music at full volume. Many suffer from conditions such as Autism and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The event ends in the Community Room SPaR building 207 Reaume Ave. where you can visit with Santa and enjoy some cookies and hot chocolate with your friends and family.

Route:

  • Begins at Wisconsin and Depot
  • Wisconsin to Highway 55
  • South to 3rd Street
  • West on 3rd to Reaume Avenue.

There will be a sensor sensitive zone along 3rd Street.
