KIMBERLY — Thieves have made off with two rental kayaks from Kimberly’s Sunset Park boat launch, and police are asking the public for help in getting them back.

Kimberly recently added kayak rentals at boat launch for residents and visitors to use, but police sa, two kayaks were stolen from the park early Sunday morning.

As result, the rental service has been removed from the park.

The stolen kayaks are camouflage green/black Perception Pescador Pro kayaks which are similar to the ones pictured in the photo on the right.

Fox Valley Metro Police are looking for the public’s help identifying the vehicle and it’s owner in the video image on the left.

It was seen on the surveillance video leaving the area of Sunset Park near the time of the theft.
