KAUKAUNA — A longtime Kaukauna Area School District board member has been defeated by a newcomer in the April 4 general election.

Melissa will join incumbents Christine Bouressa and Chad Berken on the board. Kathryn Breitzman came in fifth out of six candidates.

According to unofficial results of the April 5, 2022 general election from the Outagamie County Clerk, Brown County Clerk and Calumet County Clerk as of 10:00 p.m. Tuesday. Clerks say all precincts are reporting.

  • 1,877 Chad Berken – incumbent
  • 1,706 Melissa Kurey
  • 1,632 Samantha Hoffer
  • 1,529 Kathryn Breitzman – incumbent
