KAUKAUNA — Jordan La Chance says he and his partners see lots of potential in Kaukauna and plan to add a little more diversity and uniqueness to Kaukauna when they open JJ’s Bottle Room at the end of the month.

The owners are a father-son duo, Jason and Jordan La Chance, as well as a long time family friend Jeremy Hahn.

All three are serial entrepreneurs. Jason with Granite Stoneworks and Cabinetworks in De Pere, Jordan just starting off in the bar and property management industries and Jeremy with multiple high-end lounges and restaurants in West Bend.

Th new business on W. Wisconsin Avenue on the north side opens Thursday March 31, 2022.

There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. with the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, with drinks to follow.

“We decided this would be an excellent business venture to help bring a little more diversity/uniqueness to the area to help bring people together and enjoy their time here in this town,” La Chance said.

La Chance says their Vegas-inspired lounge will be appealing to everyone.

He said they have brought a state of the art gaming experience to the area that helps give the atmosphere of one of Las Vegas’ staples, the Cromwell. La Chance says they have received the proper permits from the city for their video gaming.

They we will be serving bottled beer in addition to wine and cocktails, along with a limited food menu to get started.

Jason La Chance is a longtime resident of Green Bay and Jordan La Chance recently moved to the Kaukauna area and purchased a home.

La Chance says they saw great potential in the area after doing business previously with a local restaurant/supper club.

He says they also plan to be active participants within the community, participating in events such as the block party with other businesses on Wisconsin Avenue. and multiple promotions through the Heart of the Valley Chamber of commerce.
