HOWARD — Green Bay police are investigation an overnight burglary and theft of a plow truck in the village of Howard.

Surveillance video shows the suspect approaching the truck, and later going through a work station inside the businesses offices.

The suspect is accused of stealing a Chevrolet Silverado with a red Boss brand straight blade plow with welded wings.

The plate on the vehicle at the time it was stolen is Wisconsin truck plate RK3666, according to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office.
