MILWAUKEE — Authorities are searching for a missing 1-year-old and 2-year-old who police say were taken by their father.
Winter E. Harbour, 2 and Safari Harbour, 1 are believed to be with their father, Darrell A. Harbour, 36, of Milwaukee.
The father injured the children’s mother before leaving in her car, according to a news release from the Wisconsin Crime Alert Network.
The father is believed to be armed with a firearm, and was last seen on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021 in Milwaukee.
He is believed to be driving a maroon Impala with a Wisconsin plate of AHA-8816.
